Description:
Land subdivision, forward civil earthworks, base build for a new shopping centre with an Aldi store and 14 speciality shops.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of the subdivision works, oversight of the forward earthworks and administration of the building construction contract as the Superintendent.
Client: Police and Nurses Limited
Role: Enterprise project management, construction management including contract administration
Description:
Overall Project Management of new and renovation bank branch (4 per year), including design oversight, procurement, contracting, operational change and readiness coordination.
